Online and Offline Charging and Billing System
The charging and accounting system is a subset of the BSS system, which is recognized as the backbone of the telecom industry and supports the key day-to-day processes of telecommunication operators. The use of these systems brings capacity and sustainable service quality for telecom operators. One of the components of the BSS system is the Billing system, which manages the operations related to generating subscriber invoices and generating revenue for telecommunication services. In fact, this system records the subscribers’ usage of the operator’s services and calculates the customer’s costs.
The Necessity of Using a Billing System for Operators
Since the use of BSS systems affects the overall customer experience, their use is essential for modern telecom operators. Utilizing an effective Billing solution helps telecommunication companies smoothly carry out the process of calculating subscriber consumption and invoicing, ensuring revenue generation and subscriber satisfaction. By using a reliable charging and billing system, subscribers’ consumption will not exceed the permitted limit, preventing financial loss.
IBSng Telecom is recognized as a risk-free and effective solution for creating and stabilizing revenue streams for charging and billing. This system is a scalable and flexible solution that, while granting operators the ability to control subscriber credit, enables users to manage their costs through diverse and personalized service packages.

Automatic Service Recovery
Pars Pouyesh’s charging and billing system, with its rapid service recovery capability during system outages or disruptions, prevents financial loss and pressure on network resources, reducing the operational costs of the IT department.
Real-time Policy Management
Pars Pouyesh’s charging and billing system enables the setup of prepaid plans. With this feature, the user’s permitted usage limit is predetermined; consequently, the user’s consumption will not exceed this limit. Also, with the feature of not reserving bandwidth for users, network resources, including bandwidth, are strictly divided among online users; therefore, shared resources between users can be utilized optimally.
Ghost Sessions Management
When the RAS connection with AAA is disrupted, the signal indicating the user’s offline status might not be received by the charging and accounting system. In this state, the user’s session enters a ghost state; meaning the user is actually offline, but IBSng has not expired the user’s session. In this scenario, if the user sends an online request to AAA again, authentication will not be possible because, according to AAA, this user is still online. Pars Pouyesh’s charging and accounting system prevents the occurrence of the above conditions by re-onlining the user’s session.
Compatible with Telecom Industry Protocols and BSS Modules
Pars Pouyesh’s charging and billing system is a modular, scalable, and convergent charging system supported by standard telecom industry protocols such as Radius, Diameter, and EAP over Radius. The design of this system is independent of the business model type, thus not creating limitations for operators. Pars Pouyesh’s charging and billing system integrates seamlessly with CRM, Mediation, Provisioning, Self-care, Role-Based Policy, Product Catalog, and Traffic Management. This comprehensiveness and adaptability allow you to offer innovative services tailored to each subscriber segment and create a wide range of revenue streams.

API Gateway
Offload
